Paharpur is a very small village it is about 5 km. west from Rajshahi district. It is the oldest archaeological site of Bangladesh. In 8th century archaeological find covers approximately an area of 27 acres of land and there have a museum and in the museum collected images of different gods and goddesses, coins, potteries, ornamental bricks and inscriptions. It is very nice place for any tourist. So visit Paharpur and see oldest history.
